I think McAvoy's mutant power is that he is too smooth.
+Zenzi Sage glass breaker hahaha
And too sexy
james is just so perfect as young prof. x..great acting...good job james!!!
Many actors can portray Batman, Superman and, Spider-Man but, there will only be one Wolverine. Huge Jackman as Wolverine forever.
X Men
It always seems like that u till there is a next guy when there is a next guy the younger people who didn't grow up with Hugh Jackman as wolverine won't be able to imagine anyone but the next guy as him
There will always be a definitive Iron Man too. RDJ
X Men No, There was also only one Superman. No one was ever better than Christopher Reeves! I agree with the other thing you said.
James McAvoy looks amazing in this jacket!!
"'Making movies is the most wonderful thing in the world. Working with friends, entertaining people.'"
I love Ian McKellen. That answer and that quote he used was probably the most sincere heart felt response and reaction I've heard in an interview from an actor in an extremely long time. Amen to him, amen to his words and his talent and positive attitude in life and his acting career.
your so right lady!
These actors all seem incredibly lovely
"We make him into...(glass falls)...a glass-breaker." Ha-ha! That's it, Jamie, old boy. Just roll w/ the punches. Go with the flow. And also, Ian's sweet comment has made me want to watch "Gods and Monsters". Never seen it before, so...yeah.
great actors, beautiful accents, and one of the most amazing superhero series ever...love this interview
Australian, British and Scottish.. Very adorable accents!
Marek Sundberg Technically Scottish and British is the same thing and there is no such thing as a British accent. Ian McKellen has an English accent. But still besides that your sentiment is correct.
Sapphire Blaze
Wayne?
No. I don't know any Waynes either.
What a pity.
But yeah, thank you professor.
I like the way Ian stated what he thought about the movie, certainly from a point of an old experienced actor, really lift the story to a higher meaning :"human story of how does society treat its minorities and what is it like to be in the minority when society is at odds with you?"
that's the heart of X-Men :)
8:22 Hugh Jackman- " Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, these guys dont do it (act) just because they want to have a job."
6:42 Ian McKellen - "Neither of us expected it (returning) but very pleased to still be in employment from anything else."
well they're so good it's become a work this is a work
Ian didn't expect to come back in the role
three of the finest actors in hollywood...
Ian McKellen is so sweet in this interview, love him :D (and ofc Hugh Jackman and James McAvoy)
Even if Ian McKellen wasn't knighted I'd still call him Sir Ian, because a sir is what he is!
Mark Arandjus I know what you mean. He's so classy.
i LOVE this format with the direct headshot, so much more personal interviews and though probably not as natural for the interviewee, much nicer for the viewers/audience. i get why interviewers get mesmerized.
70s styled Mcavoy adds a whole other level of thirst.
I love the way that they bring the comic book X-Men to life with today's special effects and the great acting a long with it. Stan Lee your the man, I bet you are the happiest man on Earth to see your work come to life. I collected comics as a child. It is so cool to me to see all this on scene!
If you ever need another villan just let me know, I would love to be apart of Marvel.
And Michael Fassbender?! James is so cute, Hugh Jackman wow sexy and talented man and Ian McKellen is amazing!!! MAGNETO-GANDALF GREY/WHITE MY HEROE!!!
After I've watched DoFP for about 10 times, this video still says something more about it worth speculating
DELICIOUS ACCENTS! me love the scottish and aussie
Sir Ian is so cute here. ^^
Wow my one of fav film
SIR Ian Mckellen.
1:36
I saw on X-Men: Days of Future Past Interview Special on Film4 yesterday.
Sir Ian mentioning Fassbender & McAvoy "hijinks" made me imagine him and sir Patrick running around the set with BB-guns as well... for some reason, I don't think James would go easy on them lol
McAvoy's mutant power is making everybody to fell in love with him😊😘😘😘
The movie was great. It was my first x men movie that I've watched before
Hugh Jackman: Fellow Aussie
Accent Explosion!!
I was wondering, can Nightcrawler time-jump via his inter-dimensional teleportation travel?
what I know is that he can`t time-jump but he can inter-dimensional teleportation to several dimensions, not all. His father Azazel can teleport to all dimensions.
Calitme Dion In the film versions, Azazel is deceased and isn't his father otherwise Mystique would have been his mother.
actually he is
Calitme Dion I know he is, just not in the film versions.
why not?just because nobody talked about it?
Where the hell is Patrick Stewart?
I really missed the Magneto theme music from first class. I was kind of disappointed by this movie because it was just too predictable. I knew how it was going to end 5 or 10 minutes in. And the Yellow eyes before the credits roll was so Bryan Singer shit. I don't really like any of Bryan's movies.
I think the mystique-eye thing at the end was a great addition... it sorta reminded me of X-men and X2, and reassured me that time isn't going too fast, and we'll still have classic stuff like this.
Yikes, had to stop this video about 4 minutes in. I'll be back to finish after I've gone to see the movie...this thing has BIG spoilers!
