I was sexually abused by my two foster brothers for years and they got a 10 year suspended sentence. It ruined my life and yet they get to live there's. After years I had a new life far away from my abusive past and the police just showed up at my door to say they had applied to be off the sex offenders register , no one cares about the victim. The worse part was one the sons already abused another girl and social services knew about it, they left me in the home for years afterm If you want to interview me to highlight the issue let me know.
What happened to you must be a terrible experience. I feel sorry for you 😪! The injustice of the justice system is just as bad. It makes you angry. You also feel emotionally abused, disenfranchised and helpless. You should take action against the social services that placed you in the foster family where a known sexual offender lives. If the case is old, you can perhaps inform the local newspaper. Things like this need to be made known. I hope you find a way that helps you continue living your life as carefree as possible.
