There really doesn't seem to be much new here compared to version 1. I'm very surprised that there isn't a list showing the advantages over version 1. The manufacturer should definitely do this.
Beautiful tool, the workflow looks very intuitive. I’m a big Tonality fan myself, but this app definitely has some features that would be great to have. Thanks for the overview!
Great video, thanks! But I wonder how to insert a pause into the chord progression, or to change how long (duration) any individual chord in the progression is played.
I’m seriously gonna buy this on payday. I’ve been looking forward to it the most out of all the new apps since it came out Suggester 2 & HipHop Drummer
@@soundformore yea, HipHop Drummer by LumBeats & Suggester 2 are the two apps I’m looking forward to getting the most out of all the apps that just released recently. Something like HipHop Drummer is what I’ve been waiting on for a drum app.
Hi Leo and thanks for this video. I always rely on you to make me aware of new, interesting apps. You may plan to cover this in another tutorial but I am wondering about how this app works with input from a midi keyboard.
Hey Leo. I just wanted to say that I love and really appreciate the work you put into making your tutorials for the iOS community (and others). I get so much out of them. Thanks bud. Also, wondering if you had any plans for the latest Bleass release, Voices?
Could you please help me? I'm trying to use the modulation tool, but it isn't actually modulating the chords. I'm trying to modulate a chord progression that's in C#m to Dm, but its just changing C#m(i) to Dbm(bi) under the modulation bar, when it should be changing the C#m to Dm, not Dbm. (Which is just C#m in a different key.)
Hi, can you please describe the steps you have taken so far so that I understand a bit better? For example: you selected a default scale of c#m, added a c#m chord, then clicked on alter, select modulation, then other scale and selected a new scale of Dmin, right?

Good poin
It's the same thing....
👍
Nothing new
More features to come…
I’m looking forward to the remaining tutorials in this series, I have been trying to decide if I should pay for this app.
Oh wow, ok

Click on the plus sign and select add rest for a pause… click and hold on a chord and then select duration…

HipHop drummer?

@@soundformore HipHop Drummer just came out like a couple days ago
Thanks for the intro Leo. I like that you made comparisons at the end. I have scaler 2 and progressions and I would agree with everything you said.😊
Thanks

Yes that is coming very shortly, still thinking what to use as vocals that doesn’t create a complaint in youtube
@@soundformore Awesome! 🙌

I have the original v1. V2 happened to have a subscription model.
On the desktop?
Another great vid! Could you use Suggester 2 just to make melodies? Or is just for chords?
Chord for now, ut of course you can use them to trigger melodies generation via other AUv3s

I like the interface of this one. Easier than scaler 2
Yep
This doesn’t show up as a AuV3 in Logic Pro IOS or as a AU3.
It works as an instrument AUv3 only in Logic Pro not as a Midi Fx… check tutorial 2
I want pc version
👍
One thing to be aware of is that the MidiFX AuV3 doesn’t work in Logic…
Not as an FX but it works as an Instrument in Logic Pro
Nothing new but the look🤔
More to come…
Yet another subscription app. Pity. Scalar 2 is much cheaper with a much better interface.
Use what works for you :)
That's incorrect. You can decide to make a one-time permanent purchase or a subscription. It's up to you.
