i miss this game in spite of its flaws. i'd love a proper sequel. Maybe Respawn Entertainment can help out Danger Close/DICE LA with it.

It's a very good FPS game, people nowadays are just way too picky. They wan't the game to cater to them, and when it actually takes some effort to learn, most players just can't be bothered. A very underrated multiplayer shooter for sure.

This game was a legend that didnt have a fighting chance because it got sacked too early. Otherwise we would probably see alot more special operations based games.

Again with the simple minded logic.
I can't help but feel bad that I never gave this game a chance. People said the campaign was bad, but COD and Battlefield campaigns are (usually) nothing special.
This game looks like Battlefield with an emphasis on infantry tactics rather than vehicles, which is right up my boat.
Its never too late, there are still some full servers. If you want to enjoy it even more, get a friend and play together, its waay better this way.
The game is definitely fun. I understand that some people find it frustrating, but you're bound to do that if you don't understand that it's challenging, and you need practice to be good at it. I was frustrated at Counter-Strike when I started playing it, cause it was so difficult, but I never thought the game was bad because of it.
No speeding up on the gameplay itself, I just have a higher FoV than by default, which the game (oddly so) only applies when sprinting, so it looks like my character is running faster than by default. Also, some individual (unnecessary) parts have been sped up for editing purposes.
I've always felt that gameplay should come before editing, so I want to maintain the clips as clear as possible, because cluttering the video with too many effects takes away the gameplay element, since the viewers can't even see what's going on.
Snipers require a headshot for one shot kill, so they are rather challenging. The only exception is the .50 caliber Tac-50, which kills in one body shot, but it is balanced with slow scope-in time and slow movement speed.
No, because that's basically what the game is. But being a mix like that, it's quite different from either of those games, one of the reasons why so many people dislike the game without even playing it.
I think Warfighter is a much better game than most people say. I definitely enjoy playing it and will post the occasional video of it, I got one going up later today actually ;)
Single player is not poor, it's actually quite good, just short. Multiplayer is quite enjoyable, but especially so if you have a fireteam buddy to play it with, then it's simply a blast.
Yes, that's exactly how I did it, 5 tracks, 4 masked layers, 1 of each kill. The grenade spinning was done in 3ds Max, but can quite easily be done in, say Element 3d.
Tie between Demolition and Pointman, with demolition being a good tanking / wrecking class, and Pointman for just super-fast rushing and shotgunning.
It's how the sub box works, unfortunately. I want to reply to as many comments as I can when I release a video like this, so that can happen.
What do you mean? The gun sounds in this game are very different from say BF3, but they're still very nice in my opinion.

This game was a huge letdown. Unfortunately they went for a two base spawn system on small maps. I thoroughly enjoyed MoH2010 way more. Just my opinion

Damn I miss this game. I made the mistake of selling it because I stopped playing it :(. I remember it as in the Death Dealers clan and for a while we were 9 in the world for best clans. I really want this game back now lol

Well they might as well give Battlefield 3 the same crappy rating because this is pretty much the same re make of it. I love this game and its just as good as BF3. I bought this on accident, but hey. It was the better mistakes that i made. One that is worth keeping :D
Seriously this game is one the best I've played, it's just a shame I only have one friend to play with. They've got everything right and sorted out most of the problems BF3 had. I love the ultra-hardcore mode in this game. No killfeed, virtually no HUD, it doesn't even tell you if you've killed anyone.
Awesome, thanks for the reply, I haven't tried too many things when it comes to extravagant editing...but I do understand just how enduring it can be, you've done an amazing job with this one and I hope everyone else can understand and appreciate the time and talent involved.
The part at 1:45 where you bring the feed in, is that just done by masking? 5 different video tracks, 1 for each kill on the feed, with the original clip twixtored....and then you adjust it to bring it forward like that? I'm just trying to work my head around how you did that haha.

I think there is a big potential in MoH Warfighter, but nobody is playing the game. I know that the game can be annoying with that "wallhack" feature. They have to patch the game and all will be fine!

I'm enjoying the heck out of this game, I like the gun play and customization a lot more than bf3. plus the support actions aren't annoying which shocked me.

can some one tell my how this games leveling system works. do you level up like battlefield and unlock weapons like battlefield?
CS5? what sniper rifle is that I unlocked everygun for the sniper class and I only got the tac50 and the tac 300 bolt actions
This reasoning is why I loved Full Metal 3. It's pure gameplay and not one gigantic effect montage with crappy music.

i feel like people disliked it is because it was developed by DICE, the same people who make Battlefield and all these amazing games and saying it was made by them, people thought they were getting another Battlefield-style game with vehicles and destruction and cool graphics and all that. Saying MoH doesn't have the same textures and gameplay styles as Battlefield, people thought it was just a big drag and thought it was horrible. I was bad in the Beta yet I still liked it.
Why does everyone talk shit about CoD or Halo or MoH? Seriously these are all great options. All are different and fun. Shit what about Crysis 1, 2 or 3. All badass games. All the killzones and Resistance games are awesome. Battlefield 3 is also awesome. I am sure i have missed some games in there but the point is they are all good. Different strokes for different folks right. I play them all. One thing i would like to say is MoH Warfighter can stand right witha ll these games.
This game is amazing and I think it's worth getting. A perfect Christmas Gift to people who didn't get the game yet. I think it's worth getting because of the adrenaline pumping campaign and the multiplayer gameplay. Now the multiplayer in this game needs a lot of teamwork and they barely have any of that in most of the games nowadays. It's really fun to play multi with friends and the community is very friendly.
Funny how most the commentators are bashing the game but all their gameplay footage sure do make this game look awesome. Probably gonna get it tomorrow. Was gone hold out for Black ops 2 because IMHO treyarch cods are better than infinity wards. But I remember what happened last time I bought cod, it became unbearably boring really fast. Bf3 getn old now. Please warfighter don't let me down
Yeah well as i said, you are doing a great job, making me want to watch it (amongst the whole jungle of other montages that has got some crazy editing). I just want to say that i really love that effect you did with the grenade, you put some kind of a mall of a grenade to the left of the screen and makes the 4 kills highlighted to the right, the same effects in your FM3 video, it's simple but highlights what you managed to do:) and btw, i'm using your fov 88, kinda love it! so thanks for that :)
The FoV actually makes the edges of the screen to get bend in, so you get kind of the legendary "fish vision" that i first experienced in Counter-Strike on some moded servers. It's like eyefinity, the edges of the screen gets drawn out, makes it seem as you are faster in some kind of way :P and yes your montages are always a pleasure to watch since you've got some nice skills, but mostly cause you are really good at editing, you don't turn the whole montage into one big effect. Keep it up :)

Changed the rendering method option in this game when it came out, instantly caused my computer to overheat and crash, making me unable to go back in and change it, now 5 months later I dug through the code to change it manually, got it to work, and realized i went to all that trouble for the worst game ever made
Not to hate on medal of honor, but there is not a single MoH game that beats out something as game changing as CoD 4 or Battlefield 2. As nostalgic as they may be, the medal of honor games have been in steady decline since around Airborne. No need to flame trolls and give people who play shooters a bad name
EA should pay you to use this as a commercial to advertise this game. Cuz this shit right here is very appealing and it shows every aspect of the game accept for the fireteam buddy. But the perfect example of this game is your apache bloodbath vid it shows exactly what this game was made to do.
Nice, I was just looking for some footage of this game. Medal of honor used to be big in the days when gun games weren't so advanced. Dueling with warlords on rising sun was the shit. But that was the coolest animation for bomb defusing i've ever seen. Not like pushing some gay little buttons.
I think that a lot of press wankers made this game fail, they underrated it and "the flock followed".
Multiplayer is very good except for few glitches that can be easily fixed, sp I haven't played and I don't really care about it, AI always sucks dick and is a waste of development time imo.
It'll be fun while it lasts. EA posted MAJOR losses on the game, i.e "We didn't make the figures we expected", so they pretty much confirmed no post-release support after the Zero Dark Thirty Map Pack is released next month. Personally, I see them shutting down it's servers when BF4 comes out.
