Just bought one of these at auction. Haven’t got to use it yet cause it’s still in shipping. Hope it works well. Funny thing is I bought it and while waiting for it to arrive my kitchen sink was backed up very badly. I had to remove a 20 ft section of pipe all because no one listens when I tell them for years to not put grease down the drain. The whole section of pipe was completely clogged with grease. There was so much that it had to have started before I even bought my home. People are geniuses
I bought the Bauer drain auger with those $10 coupons final $60 and use a battery adapter on it. I use Bauer cordless tools with battery adapter as the disposable line for my tasks! When good enough is good enough.
@On The Workbench yep! Have the cordless planer to clean up doors and the corner detail sander cause Kobalt doesn't have that. They all work on battery adapter! Cheers
Bottom line about 2 years ago and now the forward position button doesn't work anymore. Reverse works. So I thought I would open it up and spray contact cleaner on the switch. I can't get it open because of the three screws by the battery terminal. What the hell is it!? I'm a little disappointed this happened. I take care of my stuff. Keep it clean oil the cable etc. most of the screws are torx heads and I got those off except for the terrible 3. 🤬

Do you have a video of changing cable with attachments?
You gonna sit around and wait for an answer?
There's bound to be a video somewhere
Any idea where I can find instructions on replacing the auger cable on this machine?
Find anything?
Trying to figure out how to put a new cable in mine. Can't find a manual either
Maybe 2.0 ah kits come with the old style and 4.0 kits will come with the newer charger until the stock of old chargers is gone.
Maybe?
