This taking either Trump or Biden off the ballot in an😮y state is just wrong. Doing the same to third party candidates is equally wrong. We, as voters, have rights about whom we may vote for. Denying our voter rights is just plain wrong. Just because someone is on the ballot doesn't mean that I endorse them, but let a candidate run.
I agree with not removing candidates that meet the deadlines and pay the fees, but this isn't the Republicans taking Biden off. This is the Democrats themselves failing to meet the deadline which has been in place for every election. The Dems own incompetency lead to Biden not being on the ballot.
This is also not the first time a candidate doesn't show up on a state ballot- though historically it has been independent runners who missed the deadline and therefore not been on the ballot.
