I run these and have been very happy. One thing to note though, so UA-camrs understand-- You DO NOT need to hook up both Speakon cables if you are running the two array speakers together, only do that when running them separately (stereo mode) as you have it. One Speakon cable will power both array speakers when set correctly on the menu.
Thanks for clearing that up. I thought that might be the case.
Why are so many ppl commenting about limiting issues? User error is my guess. Is there anything out of the norm with these that are messing ppl up?

@@DJJASProductions well maybe not "so many people" but I have read a couple comments who've had trouble. I figured it was user error and inexperience.
You happy with the system? nice low-end? I do weddings 125-150 ppl but up to 250 and 300 couple times a years.
It has a lot of upper end bass (65-80hertz) but not much below 60. I wish it had more stuff around the 45-55 hertz but, it makes up for it in the upper end bass punch.@@Fizyxx

They put no reverb in it.. Bad thinking as it has mic instrument channel but no reverb or delay for singing..☹
Solo acoustic artist playing small medium venues. I use a cheap colum speaker Subzero 250W, I got it to carry the low end on my guitar without feeding back and for that purpose its been brilliant . But I hit the limit on the speaker every gig from my mic and SPD One kick. Wondering would this be a better option with the bigger wattage??

Whats cool is that its terrible for mic feedback. I run a desk i notched out as much as i could be ive had other systems with no feedback. If u plug mic in its still not great hard to take the feedback out as u only take one mid area out

The DB system will clip quicker than the Evox 12, I've owned both, sold my Evox 12 which was a mistake, the DB has more flexibility but the Evox produced more spl before clip

That is not how you plug the top in mono configuration
How would you compare these with the EV Evolve 50? Weddings 150-250 people if you had to choose one system, possibly a pair.
Brian Sullivan it’s Better more Technolgy it’s has a smart amplifier with dsp and other setting made in Italy the EV is made much cheaper
This has a double 12 inch sub instead of single and larger drivers

Did anyone ever use these for band purposes not Dj and they dont have reverb so y bother putting a, mic channel at all. U cant use these with a desk or a reverb vocal pedal.. Great sound for Dj but dont use for live as the mic feedback is terrible..

Great video..i have 2 set of DB technology es1203 but the speaker are peaking red lights is on with even a flat setting or default.
For 2 speakers set up would you connect them in mono L+R or make then chanel 2 and 3

My output level are at 12 o'clock.

@@DJJASProductions me to must put my line input on channel 2 to -20 db for the system not to clip, my mixer is at 0db, my es1203 master at zero db and I must pu the line input at -20 for it not to clip :(
@@pierredelux2319 I am not having any of these issues. Make sure you are on LINE, not MIC. I run the input one step away from all the way up and the output all way up.

Errore gravissimo collegare entrambi i cavi ai due top quando essi sono incastrati per formare una unica barra medio alta .... gli ampli interni possono andare in conflitto e bruciarsi !!! leggete bene le istruzioni prima di cimentarvi in prove su strumentazioni che non conoscete , con l'errore visto in questo video devo dedurre che non hai nessuna conoscenza del prodotto e neanche le basi minime di come funzionano gli amplificatori e i collegamenti basilari per affrontare queste cose se conoscessi come funzionano queste cose non avresti mai fatto un collegamento simile ( quando si usa il top in mono ( entrambe impilati uno sull'altro ) si collega solo un cavo nella presa dove c'e' scritto mono !!! )....te lo dico solo per evitarti che a lungo andare con installazioni errate bruci quel meraviglioso prodotto della db es 1203 !!
