MAYAN PALACE
For those that want a suite with a kitchen at a great price instead of a claustrophobic hotel room. There is a full living / dining area and equipped kitchen in both the one and two bedroom suites. There are fairly new Mayan Palace units in Acapulco and Nuevo Vallarta. There are also Mayan Palace units in Riviera Maya, Puerto Penasco , Mazatlan and in the Marina district of Puerto Vallarta. There are great pools at each Mayan Palace. It is important to note that Mayan Palace guests do not have access to Grand Mayan pools,
GRAND MAYAN
Grand Mayan’s are 50 % larger and perhaps more importantly have a sitting balcony complete with a small cooling pool. Larger refrigerator. This is our most popular rental unit. One of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi tub in the two bedroom suite. The pools, lazy river and mayan pyramid slide in the Nuevo Vallarta Grand Mayan funsunmexico.com/grand-mayan-... waterpark are almost legendary. Of course, the Grand Mayan has a full service spa and a free exercise facility. Nuevo Vallarta and Riviera Maya are the two most popular Grand Mayan locations.

GRAND BLISS
Grand Bliss units are similar to Grand Mayan units . but they are a bit larger with slightly more upscale décor. One big advantage to the Grand Bliss in Riviera Maya is access to the Luxxe/Bliss beach club. A beautiful area to hang out overlooking the beach. There is even live music. In Nuevo Vallarta, the Grand Bliss has a a quiet pool not accessible to Grand Mayan guests. Useful for those seeking a quiet relaxing day.
GRAND LUXXE VILLAS, GRAND LUXXE SUITES, SPA TOWER
These Luxxe level units are significant upgrade in size, luxury and amenities, They are almost twice as large as the Grand Mayan with a stunning balcony that extends the living space into the beautiful tropical outdoors. There is a cooling pool on the deck as well as a dining and a lounging area. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a huge bubbler tub.
LUXXE VILLA STUDIO
The Luxxe Villa second bedroom can also be rented separately as a Luxxe Villa Studio and is one of the best deals on the resort with a capacity of two adults and two kids.
SPA TOWER THREE BEDROOM
The Spa Tower also comes in a spacious 3 bedroom version that sleeps up to 10 adults and two kids. The Spa Tower units do not have a one bedroom or a studio version.
GRAND LUXXE and SPA TOWER AMENITIES
Luxxe level amenities include free coffee served in the center of each building and a concierge dedicated to every 2 floors. You have access to all pools plus the 3 different areas of Luxxe pools and the Luxxe kids club. The Luxxe Spa is an upgrade with indoor and outdoor areas. Likewise, the Luxxe Gym is huge and offers world class equipment and classes. Many any of our members have free golf rounds for their guests in their contract and most of our luxxe guests (that’s’ you !) can 2 free massages or at least 2 for 1 massages.
LOFT and FOUR BEDROOM RESIDENCE
Loft and Residence units. These units have all the amenities and access of the Luxxe units but are , believe it or not, even larger and more elegantly appointed.
The Lofts are two story and come in two or three bedroom units. These are for those that can afford the best. The deck alone is worth the upgrade, in our humble opinion.
The 4 bedroom Residence are top level in size and décor and are housed in their own exclusive building, with a private elevator that goes directly into your unit. There is a massive, beautiful deck on the front and a long, more private deck on the back of each unit. There are 4 and ½ bathrooms , of course with each bedroom having it’s own en suite. You will have priority transportation and a private lounge , snack restaurant, pool, and jacuzzi on the top of the building.
That concludes a summary of the differences between the various Vidanta units. We did not include the new Estates and Empire estates units, because they are in a class all their own.
