There are many times in life, not only war like situations, other moments or events in someone's life when we are literally confronted with the angel of death and we survive. What Alina went thru and survived is indeed unreal, but it happened she beat death so she can tell her amazing story to the entire world, to encourage others and to show that all hope is not dead !!!

Survives an RPG blast to the car, terrorists entering the shelter the first time, the shooting that followed that killed Gal and Sefi, a second assault by point blank machine gun fire and a grenade, another terrorist entering the shelter for the third and final time. I am heart sick with each persons terrifying story. So many wonderful people were murdered. Many stories of bravery and self sacrificing that fill my heart with pride for their humanity and love for others. I pray you heal body, mind and spirit dear one.
