MWO Build & Skills : ScatterShot - MRM60 Brawler Revisited

With the Scattershot finally available for MC (but without Battlepass...), I thought it would be good to revisit my favourite build on it : the MRM60 XL Brawler, which is one of my favourite mechs!
With a simple one button weapon grouping and high-mounted (all on right side) MRMs, this is a good mech to teach poptarting, corner-peeking and defensive gameplay due to the need to twist and use jump jets to spread incoming fire.
Some people complain that the mech has been nerfed to hell post-launch but it takes a while to balance a mech to suit the current battlefield environment to make it fun, effective and yet not overpowered.
