The 20hrs work permit has been changed to unlimited as long as you work in a care home. Kindly confirm. Thank you

I think it only applies to those who work with NHS, ie medical students. Not sure but you can check the gov.uk site for guidance

Does the 20 hour per week include working on weekends or only week days? Can someone work more hours on weekends?

The 20 hours is for the whole week, Monday to Sunday.
