Govt don't give a fck about people. They want more people to become diabetic, so people spend money on medicine and govt get tax. Before atleast govt used to encourage people with healthy life style, used to promote eating egg so people get enough protein, now hardly anyone cares.

India should tax and regulate it's street food and force them to have basic health standards and limits for the amount of sodium and sugars used in a serving. It's gonna be super controversial cracking down on them but somebody has to bite the bullet.
Bro it's very easy just consume natural foods which are less carbs high protein, try not to eat too much sweets but eat sweets in moderation, consume more vegetables and fruits don't consume oily street food and junk food eat homemade food as much as possible, don't use sugar instead use jaggery in your tea and coffee, finish your dinner till 6pm wait for 2 hours and then go to bed, sleep at 8pm and wakeup at 4am in the morning, walk atleast 2 hours a day, try to give a gap of atleast 10 hours in between your meals also maintain healthy weight of maximum 60kg, i hope it helps

Instead of increasing taxes on junk food, reduce taxes on healthy food throughout the supply chain.
Then people will eat more of both. Thats too dangerous. If you start consuming good food the demand will grow and the supply will increase.
