It would be cool if in Polar mode the attenuverters acted as offsets, letting you create the cool spin cycle effects without external cv’s. Maybe with pot 2 controlling radius level and pot 1 controlling cycle speed? That would be handy!
This synth isn't available as a preconfigured system, but you could buy the case and all of the modules from www.intellijel.com for about $5k. If you e-mail support@intellijel.com I'm sure they would be happy to give you a list of the modules used or help you configure your own system. Oh, and Quadra has now been discontinued and replaced by Quadrax!
Planar 2 as a stereo wavetable oscillator, wow I definitely would never have thought of that. Going to have to give that a try.

so if you put the planar in polar mode, then patch x out (bipolar) to cv1 and y out to cv2, how does it behave?
