As to why it doesn't have the Indominus roar:
It's more likely due to the fact that JPB was released right around the same time Jurassic Park was rereleased in 3-D, about two years before Jurassic World. And Ludia being Ludia, they probably decided it was easier to just use the same old T-Rex roar the game already has then have to input an entirely new one in addition to a new model and animation.
