Going into a venue this weekend for my first time on a A&H Dlive mixer. I'm trying to determine if I can set up a hard button for global tap tempo that will adjust any delay/echo FX that are being used. I won't have much time to configure things. Anybody know if this is possible?
I realize this may be time consuming in a training video, but how about ACTUALLY running a channel with an input (via DAW) and APPLYING an effects to demonstrate how it works and sounds. In addition, an audio engineer and/or their team will have to spend an entire day to apply and play with even the basics of effects send/returns for various instruments and vocals. I would spend two days. ;)
Hey Henry! This video serves as an overview of what effects look like on the Allen & Heath dLive series of consoles. For mixing videos, like you're referring to, we have another course being released in the next few weeks. Stay tuned here for those videos! We also have hundreds of mixing videos on the MxU platform. You can sign up for free here: getmxu.com/ Thanks for the comment!
@@mxurocks Thank you! I would still take a day or two to get my ears wrapped around what the effects are like. Our church has an Avantis, and the display is very similar. :)
