Watching the last season of one tree hill Dan telling Haley to not watch him mutilate a man I assumed he thought she couldn’t handle now many years later I realized he knows she can handle it but he also knows there’s a chance he might kill that man if Haley being there will make her an accomplice that will possibly put her in prison and Dan doesn’t Jamie & Lydia to lose both parents so he does the smart decision by telling her to leave
Okay I Loved Dan in season 9. But like the whole tough guy thing was so out of character. Dan could never brutally fight someone before. And when he walks in with that big shot gun to save Nathan, and when he takes out all those guys. Like, Dan was never a tough guy. He worked in intimidation and bribes. And he was only able to kill his brother by a hand gun when keiths defenses were low. He wasn’t a tough guy.
