How would you recommend I get into government contracting with no experience? As a regular working person, what would be an entry level contract for me?
I see purchase orders where they want you to purchase from a specific manufacturer when you win a contract does the government pay you for to source the item or do you get paid after you source it and deliver it

If we're subcontracting the project out, can we word our past performance as "Our Company Personnel's Past Performance"? I'm aware that we can subcontract the project out if there's: a) no set aside designated and b) if the set aside is the same as my own if it's past the 250,000 thresholds. Now how to you get more information on a bid? I want to do fabrication bids and one I was looking at just says pipe/fittings. How do I get the information on the part needed to be made to be sure I have to correct tools to do the job?
Question: when you have to complete a provided form, how do you convert it so you can complete it on your computer. I am trying to avoid doing it by hand. Thank you
