it's the event that took place in 1803, where the Greek women jumped to their deaths , some holding their children, preferring that to being captured by the Turks and Albanian Turks. They did that while singing and dancing towards the edge of the cliff. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dance_of_Zalongo
