Yan ang problema sa pilipino masyado hypocrito, kung kinasal ka and you have a good marriage then good for you, but it’s not one size fit all.

Pero those who have been separated for years, needs this people deserves to be happy!

  • @jessicatumlos7331

Will this ever be passed.. How many years now they been talking about this with no results

  • @afvet5075

Make an annulment affordable. Instead of the proposed divorce law setting the price at 50,000 pesos, make the price of an annulment 50,000 pesos instead of the ridiculous sum of 200,000 pesos or more.

Here in Poland, people are 100% pro Catholic, home of the late Pope john Paul II, yet divorce is legal and easily approved as long as both parties decided to separate because of their valid reasons. However, their religious beliefs never changed and still committed to it. Faint in God is personal beliefs, whereas divorce is a state of choice. If the marriage is strong it will remain strong till the end, if the marriage is toxic what would be the good in it. I myself separated for 20 years, my ex husband has his own family with kids and yet me, I feel being imprisoned for 20 years. We all have different cases and experiences in life, what we all need is equal right and opportunity to live the life that will give us peace of mind. By the way, we don't choose bad things in our lives as we are accountable in any circumstances or consequences for choosing what we want.
