This is a re-upload/re-edit of a Elmo destruction video, after it got hit with a retarded Copyright Claim from CMRRA, APRA_CS & UBEM for detecting the Hokey Pokey - you wanna know why I don't have any copyrighted songs in my videos? This is why! Just 'cuz there's a chance it'll get detected!
Yet after an unsuccessful attempt to appeal the dispute, I had no choice but to disembowel the video containing references to the song altogether.
Hopefully with this new rehash, UA-cam won't counterstrike this video again. As this video has been posted, I've deleted the other version of the same video; I apologize for any inconvenience.
