How to Set up the Echo Show 8

- In this video I am going to show you how easy it is to set up your Amazon Echo Show 8.
This demonstration is on the 2nd Generation Echo Show 8. But it will work with the Echo Show 5, Echo Show 10 and even the new Echo Show 15.
Once you have unpacked it you need to plug it in and turn it on.
After a while a screen will appear saying the the echo is getting your device ready.
It will then ask you to select your device language.
You will then need to select your wifi network and enter the password.
Press connect and it will connect the echo show to your network.
You will then need to enter your amazon account log in details
You should now open a web browser on your phone tablet or pc and go to to www.amazon.com/code and enter the code displayed on the screen.
Sign into your amazon account and enter the one time password when prompted.
You should now enter the code displayed on your echo to register your device
Your echo show now display a welcome screen.
Press continue
Enter your time zone
Confirm your address. This allows the echo to give you localised information such as the weather and traffic information.
Select the room the echo is located in.
You can now name the device.
You can now choose to link your amazon photo account if you want to view your photos on the shows display.
You can now set up profiles for any family members so the echo knows how is talking to it.
You can set up voice and visual id for each person.
You can also allow any members of your house to view the camera feed from the echo at any time.
You are now set up and ready. Press done
After a short while the screen will appear with some information cards.
The first thing I like to try after setting it up is asking for the weather.

HI. Just watched your Video as I'm thinking of getting one of these - I already have some 5th Gen Echo Dots and thought this would great for the Kitchen.

I got an Amazon echo show eight and it got to the loading screen and It just stayed there for about an hour. I eventually gave up and took it back.
I get to the 0:28 mark (two dozen times now) and my Echo Show 8 displays "Incorrect Password". I've checked the password on my other devices and it's good there. I even tried to set up the Echo from the Alexa app and it asks for my password and it's accepted there but then only gets as far as "Incorrect Password" again. Does throwing the $%#@ thing against a wall help any? Any suggestions?
I don't have a Amazon account
Mine gets stuck on agreement screen from which I can not move forward. "Continue" field is low lighted and the X takes me out. I see no other options on the screen. This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen...
