Right on man. Reminds me of putting in work with my brother. Had nothing better to do than lift. A couple of pit bulls back in the day but now that we’ve aged and injured were quite different now.

Top tip of the day drinking a beetroot smoothie 1-2hrs before lifting = super Saiyan strength
10reps minimum or we take the name away had me rolling 😂
Big Pace was the first guy I know on the old beetroot juice, he used to get it straight from the beet it farm before it took off
