I'm from the UK and loved the skills you have to make this. TOP GEAR, TOP SHOW! I'm a newbie to the rc world and disabled, and it's changing my life. Love you're vids, you are a top bloke. Brilliant job!!
Hey brother I got into RC's from a disability also when I was younger. Welcome to the RC world. My disability I got an extreme education and was able to find a new treatment for what I had and was able to basically treat it and move on. I was one of the lucky ones but I still play with RC's. I just want to say best of luck to you and glad you're still around. I've lost six friends in the last 4 months so take care of yourself
Amazing! Not only have you recreated the top gear toybota/nissank, you recreated the episode as well! Remember they had to go back to shore a few times as well, I know you'll make it across soon. That was super awesome to watch, thank you medic!
Zoe, I 100% agree. It was TV magic.. and we were all around to see it happening! I am so happy we could honour the show with a few RC builds. That show always inspired me... :)
The episode that hooked me was the one where Clarkson was driving the ariel atom and his wrinkly face was blown all the way back to the seat. The american version sucks so badly
You would have to add this just as I have to leave for work! Going to be a long 8 hours... so back later Medic yay... day is done. Yes for me it is my day, remember I am in S. Korea. Now if only they had someone like you aboard the SS Minnow (Gilligan's Island, for you younguns) Aaron, I do believe the professor would have had some competition for the contraptions as well as the attention of the ladies. Impressive that you were able to continue to make way to shore. Keep improving Toybota, but never dismantle it... going to make a great family heirloom. As always, I think what I enjoy most about your vids lately is the interaction with your son, truly touching. Don't forget about the one that helped you out on getting such a gift. PS, just sharing as I develop my truck(s) and video capturing. Laugh or cry just a short bit of my last weekend outing. ua-cam.com/video/nKDGmVG7Czc/v-deo.html
It was as i like to say all the time SMALL VICTORIES!!! The Toybota lived to float another day instead of going down to Davy Jones locker and becoming a place for fish to hide. Like you said either way you look at it the toybota went in the lake under its own power and came out under its own power. Great job Medic, my hats off to you.
Medic awesomeness my man! I have enjoyed this project man. Your the reason I decided to give crawlers a shot and I enjoy and appreciate the time you put in the hobby. Thank you.
What happened when you gave crawlers a try out of curiosity? I like jumping and seeing dirt flies a reason I race radio controlled trucks and cars and crawling always seemed to slow for me. I'm just curious what your experience turned out to be
@@BJETNT they are fun, its actually relaxing to go out on some trails in the woods it's really peaceful, and building scale stuff is unbelievably fun, but I enjoy the builds as much as running them.
@@RcDungeon I would enjoy hanging out and building it with my little boy more than anything. That's what caught my eye. I had a little boy from 2 years old to 6 years old so about 4 years. Playing with him was way more fun than I ever thought it could be it was the entire reason for my existence. He was so happy and so fun. I never got a chance to show him RC cars because he wasn't old enough at the time. I enjoy racing them a lot more than I do building them just because I'm so competitive. But I must enjoy building them cuz I have at least 50 lol thanks for the comment brother take care
Honestly, having him watch Top Gear, and doing fun projects with him like this that offer a fun way to learn about electronics, and technology, is actually good parenting. The skills he can learn working with RC stuff translate into many fields, and a good opportunity to have fun is a good opportunity to have fun. This is awesome! Excellent tribute to the Top Gear guys. It would be really cool if you could work something out with wheels that can drive on land, and paddle underwater.
Yes, I'd call that a success. It didn't sink. How about a brushed motor? Well done and now Toybota 2.0??? A upgraded deal, go for it, go for it, go for it, yea boy. I'M WAITING... God Bless Ya Dave
You know David, after reviewing the film..there is something else going on. I think it is ESC related. I have to run some tests - but I forgot to pull the Red Wire from my second ESC, plugged into the receiver. The receiver was getting double voltage. I will test my findings today.. I may have isolated the issue
Why would he want a brushed motor I'm just curious? Brushed motors are a regression in technology all the way around. In racing I understand why some people like them though just because they have an automatic drag to them. When I first try to brushless motor and didn't have a drag set it amazed me how much better the car coasted. I didn't realize how much resistance a motor actually did that. But of course you can set that with a speed control but the battery lasted longer when I didn't do that
Your wife is the most supportive I have ever seen! She is awesome to be behind you. I mean after all it is a hobby and just a little rc truck but she is great.
I call this a Successful Build !! You did it. It made it in and out on it's own power, never sunk, never capsized. Congratts! Thank You for the great build series. I have truly enjoyed watching the whole series and hope there is more. I would like to see ToyFloata.
This is just fantastic! Love the Clarkson "POWERRRR!!!" quote! Seriously, getting home and seeing this video made my day. This whole toyboata series has been the perfect feel of RCSparks and Top Gear. Great job! And on that note.....back to the studio.
I call it a successful run. Well done mate that has got to feel so exhilarating. Keep up the great work and great entertainment. Thank you for creating this. 👍
The guys at TopGear would be proud of you all... GREAT JOB 👌😁👍 I've enjoyed every episode of this build... Hearing your wife talk about you all watching TopGear with your kiddo reminds me of my daughter and me. We watched TopGear & your channel together before she became a teenager, now she thinks TopGear isn't cool & she's to old for the RC stuff. I let her know that one is never to old for the RC stuff 😁 & I'll always be a kid at heart 😊 Keep up the good videos as long as your able. It's not work if you enjoy what you do... May the Lord continue to bless you and your family
When I was a kid I had stompers, little electric motor ran off 1 AA battery and an on switch, they made a water deamon that was the same design except it floated and had paddles, should ba able to do the same with an rc.
Haven't watched the video yet because I'm driving but it is an absolutely awesome concept. Having your little boy there to watch and cheer you're on and seeing him excited to do it would have been more fun than anything else to me. Awesome video with your family and having a good time my friend
I was really surprised that the wheels spinning - (with a stock tread) had an impact on how the truck moves. Really cool to drive. The experience is a little mind bending
You are disappointed?!?? C'mon Medic! IT FLOATS! Toybota DROVE INTO THE WATER, SWAM, WENT ON A SHORT TRIP AND DROVE BACK!!! It just need some small trimming. NEVER GIVE UP! Jeremy Clarkson didn't give up, why should you?!! If you would give up, than you would not be YOU! 💪🏼 💪🏼 💪🏼 👍 👍 👍
i loved it when u drove it back using the wheels and not the outboard motor..it was awesome and really make me and my wife dropped our jaws seeing the toybota sailed..keep the good work and can`t wait for the next toyflota..
HAH! Just knowing that you and the wife were entertained while watching RC Adventures makes doing this show all worth while! Thank YOU for taking the time to comment to us, and letting Jem and I know! Thank you for sharing :)
well..it`s mainly because of Jem that my wife ended with scale rc truck..after seeing u built Pinky for Jem,she`s literally forced me to buy her one..and now she owned a Wraith..hahaha..
That was awesome. Who would have thought the point of failure would have been the part meant to be in the water. Great recovery. Thanks for a great project.
Hello and thank you for letting me know you enjoyed the build series. i know it was a hair brained idea - but it sure was fun to try. I think I can do more to make it work even more efficiently
Now that was a true tribute complete with the magic "POWER !!!" which is why it kept going the lads should be proud of this and as i follow james on twitter i'm going to to link this as " How hard can it be?" Great work again and a family outing to boot, take it easy lad and indeed never give up!
Chuck! I am stoked to see you enjoyed this film! Thank you so much... coming from you, that is a HUGE compliment. You know me.. always looking for something unique and fun to entertain myself and others
This was such a cool series! I purposely stayed away from the comments so i could find out if it made it back in or not hahaa!! Great job and can't wait for it to have all the kinks worked out!!
HELLO ERiC! Hey man, thank YOU SO MUCH for all of the support during this build series! I think I can do MORE with it.. after a few tweaks.. What do you think? Are you willing to put up with more Toybota Videos, or are you bored?
Seems like there's always something to go wrong, but you succeeded! I was grinning from ear to ear until the Toybota looked like it was gonna capsize, then I was on edge waiting to see if it was gonna make it back to shore. Great job Medic!
Always another episode Tommy! The hobby of RC is endless in imagination and opportunity. Thanks for watching this project.. and I hope you were entertained. More to come!
Haha.. thanks bud. Im glad you have been enjoying the project. Thank you so much for hanging in there.. and commenting on all of the videos. I still have a few tricks up my sleeve to improve the design of this truck.. and it should be good try again!
Hi Lyle! Thanks Bro! This was a hard one to do.. and I still think improvements can be made. I want to get in another run before the fall is over :) Maybe 2.. LOL!
Hey Neil, really cool that you enjoyed the show so much man! Thanks for the great support over the years... I hope these projects still have you feeling inspired!
Hey bud! Really awesome you enjoyed the show! This has huge possibilities! I have to iron out some wrinkles. This was a great test.. Now to apply what I have learned from this run.
Awesome build the fact that you never made your first crossing is a true tribute to top gear uk they never made first crossing but still an awesome build worth the wait well done
Great build my friend, good job. I have enjoyed your channel for years. You have a great family. You are very blessed to be out there with your wife and son. Enjoy the hobby brother. Thumbs up.
It is dedicated viewers like you that help make this tiny show possible. We are really blessed to have such a great online community that support our efforts to create film focused on a fantastic hobby. High 5 bud! Its a team effort! :)
Jack, as long as you were entertained my friend, then this was ALL Worth it! The Radio Control hobby is even MORE FUN when you are sharing it - so THANKS FOR TUNiNG iN!
RCSparks Studio Indeed they did, as Rockstar Games does with some of their other DLC content like the Drift Tampa is Ken Block's custom mustang. Google both of those and you'll see the significant resemblance as well. 🙂👍🏼
Top Gear was my ALL TIME FAVORITE Show!!!! Right up until Jeremy got SACKED!! 😱😫😣😬 I was so proud of Hamster and Slow had his back. NOW my NEW favorite Show is of course, The Grand Tour!!! 👍👍👏👏👏👏 That was BEAUTiFUL!! SO WHAT it didn't work perfectly. It drove in, did go under it's own outboard power, and got back to Shore!! Albeit with some drama, but you MADE IT! And....... *CONGRATULATIONS* for 1 BILLION Channel Views doesn't quite seem like Enough. What an incredible milestone!! Carmine 🚂
I absolutely loved the toybota build video. You did an awesome job. I think what it needs is some smaller floats in the back. Enough to clear the motor, but also to bring the back up a little bit. But other than that awesome. All you videos are truly inspiring. Keep it up man! 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
Man that was worthy of a trophy - a classic top gear moment - ambitious but rubbish - as they would say. Aaron I was laughing so much, thought you were gonna have to take a swim chap........ Such an epic maiden..... - man that was good you made it a toyflota ...... Can't wait to see the re maiden with full on flotation and POWER (as clarkson would say). Looks so good - I'd be surprised if you aren't already notified to Mr C. Roo
best video ever!!! really surprised that the drive wheels brought her back to land, didnt think they would work. you should see if theres some sand paddles you can mount up as a back up since we know those tires helped bring it back. like water scoops. cant wait for a pt.2 to this. awesome job
I've really enjoyed watching the progress on this build. I watched the Top Gear version, and I'm sure Jeremy would be proud of what you've achieved! I can't wait to see it make it across that water hole!
First at all Congretulations Aaron Jem and Mac wiht the 1 Billion vieuws 👍👊👌. Never gif up Medic you will win it wiht the Toybota ! It is fair you had it on camera your first time driving and boating wiht it 👍 I'm not smylling this time becaus i know it will and must work i hope you are going verder wiht this project till it is working my friend.
I call that a successful maiden voyage. You didn't make it across but you didn't go swimming either. Jeremy had to take a few whacks at it as well. I predict that the third try will be the charm. Cheers !
What are the odds you experience the SAME situation as Top Gear!?! So ironic. Been waiting 2 days for this! Honestly I'm a glad everything wasn't perfect for the first run, awesome thrill for you and another Toybota video for us!!! Awesome job.
7 років тому
Yeeeaaahh cool 👌💪 the maiden voyage was very good, you have seen where you still have to work and then the Toybota goes better than the original. Great respect for the whole work and perfect implementation of the project and many thanks for filiming and sharing with us.........Big thumbs up my Friend 👍👍 🇹 🇴 🇵 🇳 🇴 🇹 🇨 🇭 greetings Torro
Your wife is right it drove in and drove out that's a win. To use the out board you may need a boat shape bow on the front so it doesn't plow water and it will cut the waves. I Would like to see what paddle tires do too! Cheers
I like to read comments like this, Mr Hibbert! It was a crazy project.. one that was completely hair brained.. but over the years sure rattled around my head - and though like fun! Turned out to be that, and so much more! Thank you for letting me know you enjoyed the show :)
Andrew! Im always doing my best to come up with new ideas and fun projects to keep you smiling, to thank YOU for all your years of viewership dedication! RC on, Bro!
Hey Mike, thank you so much! I know that you have been following along with the build, and leaving amazing comments along the way. Thanks for sharing some of your time with us here on RC Adventures!
WOW oh WOW .. man that was awesome, i was sat here at work at 8am watching this little model car with a huge outboard motor doing my best Clarkson impression shouting POWAAAAAA cheering you on brotato :) as always a wicked video, this should easy tip the scales for a billion views, ive shared the video on your fb page (the possibility of decals or "deckals") helps the momentum haha! love it Aaron :)
Peter! HAHA, I can imagine the image you painted for my mind - of you at work at 8 am! HAHA!! Thanks buddy, Im glad you enjoyed the show.. and I am really chuffed that we have had so many viewers enjoy this series. It has been heartwarming as we get close to such a massive number of folks who have been inspired, or smiled though an RC Adventure. Thank you for being a dedicated supporter for such a long time... !
Always welcome brotato, ive been here since stumbling across the mad walkround video of your clear body nitro truck with the blue lights on the dining room table in your old flat man... something about your good energy and the fun you have with the awesome hobby its captivating dude! ive just started my winter season of RC banger racing which is pretty big here in the uk, abs plastic shells and lots of crashing, great fun for all ages getting in the mix! pleasure as always and shall continue to show my support (and get some sparks decals for my next banger race from the fb comp :P ) love to jem an mo dude, bout time ev got his backside up there for a play soon me thinks :D
Although you didn't make it all the way across I would still call that a successful maiden voyage! This was definitely a float! Great job on the build and on the build video series! Thank you and your family for all the great rc videos! And congratulations on the one billion views!
What an incredible journey it has been. This truck was a ton of fun, posed lots of challenges, and was SO close!! Did you feel the suspense when watching? Haha.. Glad you enjoyed the show, Kris!
RCSparks Studio we all enjoyed the journey with you medic! and I absolutely felt the suspense! I was cheering it on as well! LOL! Your videos and your family's involvement definitely inspire people to get into the hobby and enjoy it together and I think that's a great thing! Thank you for that! you make some great videos and we can tell that you're good people! That's why you've reached the 1 billion view mark! Looking forward to the next project and more of your great videos!
Awesome job captain Aaron. A huge success in my book some paddle tires would be a great backup for the outboard motor excellent series glad to see so great family fun 🤣👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you Astrid! It was a little nerve wracking.. but I am confident that I will be able to get across this water.. if I modify just a few small things. This was a great test!
DiD THiS Project SiNK or FLOAT Your Boat?!
Ill judge when done watching
RCSparks Studio well it float my boat
Float I Hope
RCSparks Studio float bro
RCSparks Studio i liked, comented & shared first on facebook.

When playing RC becomes work that's when magical things happen 💥🎉
I remember this episode like yesterday ✨ look how big moe is now 👍👍⭐
The joy and enthusiasm in your face when you've made these videos make them more worth my time to watch. Absolutely amazing :)
And for a Monday Morning to say that - you know it's True :) HAH! Thank you my friend
Not a problem. Hope to see more crazy videos like this in the future, and I think I'm speaking for a lot of people ;)

Omg I remember when that kid was a baby

Do you want to see MORE of this truck, with another attempt?
Yes, totally : )
yes, yes I do.... at least 1 more attempt!
That was awesome. Who would have thought the point of failure would have been the part meant to be in the water. Great recovery. Thanks for a great project.

RCSparks Studio definitely entertained I had every faith it would work but never expected the minor hiccups but true to form just like top gear :-)
I remember when Jen was Prego with Mo to see him grow up I swear it was yesterday he was born, and amazing build man!!!
Can you believe little Maurice will be 4 years old in 1.5 months..?
RCSparks Studio Oh Jeez man seems like yesterday the first Overkill was built
Great video man👍👍
Thanks Kevin.. You Gave me Two Thumbs up! Double AWESOME!
I had no doubt it would work! You rock!! It totally worked...it drove in, the outboard worked, it drove out!
So insane Medic this build is amazing!!!

RCSparks Studio yea loved it loved the old top gear trio too and that episode congrats on 1 billion views! 😊
Awesome build the fact that you never made your first crossing is a true tribute to top gear uk they never made first crossing but still an awesome build worth the wait well done
I was SO SURPRiSED at how many similarities there was to the real top gear! Haha.. it was so much fun to try.. I hope you were entertained!
RCSparks Studio yes me and the wife both enjoyed the build any ideas for the next one wee are looking forward to it keep up the good work awesome
Aaron you should make a 100 mph rustler
YES!! been waiting for this video! 😃

Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪😎😀👍
Holy shit it worked
HAHA! Well Said :)
Medic in my book I call that a win dude. Thank you for all of your hard work for build and I know you will make an ever better toybota
Jack, as long as you were entertained my friend, then this was ALL Worth it! The Radio Control hobby is even MORE FUN when you are sharing it - so THANKS FOR TUNiNG iN!
This is literally the Karin Technical Aqua from GTA Online.
HOLY COW! I just looked that up.. and WOW! Yes, almost bang on! Haha.. They must have got the idea from Top Gear also!
RCSparks Studio Indeed they did, as Rockstar Games does with some of their other DLC content like the Drift Tampa is Ken Block's custom mustang. Google both of those and you'll see the significant resemblance as well. 🙂👍🏼
Win or fail, at least you gave it your best shot. That's what really counts. Congratulations.

WOW! That was pretty awesome!
Wow, they're so supportive of each other, I love it.
Top Gear was my ALL TIME FAVORITE Show!!!! Right up until Jeremy got SACKED!! 😱😫😣😬 I was so proud of Hamster and Slow had his back.
NOW my NEW favorite Show is of course, The Grand Tour!!! 👍👍👏👏👏👏
That was BEAUTiFUL!!
Carmine 🚂
Great job mate looking good👍👍👍
I loved this toybota series please upload more videos like this
I absolutely loved the toybota build video. You did an awesome job. I think what it needs is some smaller floats in the back. Enough to clear the motor, but also to bring the back up a little bit. But other than that awesome. All you videos are truly inspiring. Keep it up man! 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
I say one valiant effort & great maiden voyage Medic, One Luv!
Well done medic the toybota turned out awesome . The sickest rc I have seen
Hello Maree! Hey, thanks so much!
Roo
best video ever!!! really surprised that the drive wheels brought her back to land, didnt think they would work. you should see if theres some sand paddles you can mount up as a back up since we know those tires helped bring it back. like water scoops. cant wait for a pt.2 to this. awesome job
So much fun thank you!!!!
Wow great build. Great build!
Cheers !
HAHA! You and I have the same thoughts on this voyage Bulldog! Thanks for the encouragement. I know we can do this!
What are the odds you experience the SAME situation as Top Gear!?! So ironic. Been waiting 2 days for this! Honestly I'm a glad everything wasn't perfect for the first run, awesome thrill for you and another Toybota video for us!!! Awesome job.
Cheers
Nailed it. Best episode ever. Awesome build, the running footage had me glued to the screen just like when the original TG episodes aired. Good Job!
I like to read comments like this, Mr Hibbert! It was a crazy project.. one that was completely hair brained.. but over the years sure rattled around my head - and though like fun! Turned out to be that, and so much more! Thank you for letting me know you enjoyed the show :)
Thanks for sharing this project. Good vibes and good fun.😎👍
morris is so cute and in my book that was a total win

WOW oh WOW .. man that was awesome, i was sat here at work at 8am watching this little model car with a huge outboard motor doing my best Clarkson impression shouting POWAAAAAA cheering you on brotato :) as always a wicked video, this should easy tip the scales for a billion views, ive shared the video on your fb page (the possibility of decals or "deckals") helps the momentum haha! love it Aaron :)
Peter! HAHA, I can imagine the image you painted for my mind - of you at work at 8 am! HAHA!!
LOL! i never clicked on a video this fast, no joke!
You are awesome ! Im so impressed with all your hardworking family. We love you!!
That was a thing of beauty!
Awesome job captain Aaron. A huge success in my book some paddle tires would be a great backup for the outboard motor excellent series glad to see so great family fun 🤣👍👍👍👍👍👍
That was epic! True Jeremy style through and through! Put some splash guards on the side of the bed and i bet you would have it no sweat!
Great project! Looked like so much fun!!
Thank you Astrid! It was a little nerve wracking.. but I am confident that I will be able to get across this water.. if I modify just a few small things. This was a great test!
Yo medic I can't believe this thing is working like it did. Great job man you should be proud of yourself for this sickkkk!!! Rig.
This is going to be awesome!
Wilson! I never give up brother.. I think we should try again!!
