    Recipe:

    Heat the pan over low heat, grease with vegetable oil, wipe off excess oil with a napkin. put 30 grams of butter in a frying pan, add the stove temperature to medium and add the eggs. Stir constantly until half cooked and spread over the pan. Remove the pan from the stove and quickly add chopped onions, dill and any hard cheese grated on a fine grater. Cover with a lid and let stand for 2 minutes.
