It's a very thoughtful question.
The corneal strength after surgery will be slightly better in Epi Contoura.
The corneal flaps heals completely but at the end of the day, it is till a layer now resting on operated surface, it cannot contribute to the strength of cornea.

It's possible. But it depends on the power and scarring depth.
You need to get your eyes checked up. After tests, the doctor can give you final confirmation on the same.

बाकी Eye Movements को थोड़ा बहुत control करने लिए कुछ किया जा सकता है , वो आपकी जांच के बाद आपके डॉक्टर आपको बता पाएंगे की आपके केस मे क्या किया जा सकता है ।

Yes, Epi Contoura is also a topography-guided procedure so irregularities are corrected and you may get 6/5 vision.

Halos n glares usually nahi hote, hote bhi hain to temporary. 6 months me thik ho jaate hain.

During surgery, you don't feel any pain as your eyes are numbed.
But during recovery of Epi Contoura, you may feel mild pain or discomfort.
Countura me vision 6/6 se bhi jyada ho jata hai bahut logon ka to kya epi countura me bhi aisa hai ?

Yes, the final call will be the patients.
You can get EPI Contoura done even if your corneal thickness is good.
Doctors prefer flap surgery just to make patients recovery fast and smooth. If you’re okay with a slow recovery of 2-3 weeks, then you can go for Epi Contoura
@@uuguhuu BCL is removal normally just like regular contact lenses.
You keep using eye drops over the BCL throughout the week, BCL never sticks too much the operated surface.
Flap dislocation is not seen in modern cases. You can say it’s a rare complication that can happen in only 1% cases.
Even if it dislocates in that rare scenarios, it can be easily placed back. It doesn’t cause any treat to the vision.

Your power can be corrected by Epi Contoura, even if it is not stable.
But it is not recommended to get the surgery done if the power is not stable because you may get some specs power after a few years.

Agar apko koi problem nhi hai ki 2-3 weeks mein aapki vision theek ho. Toh epi contoura will be be preffered over contoura or not??
In that case, EPI CONTOURA should be preferred.
