Thank you for doing individual swatches and describing each shade, it's so useful for comparing with palettes already in my collection! I find that I have a much harder time noticing what shades I already have when the entire palette is swatched in one shot, so individual swatches help me to not buy dupes
I love this concept. Every shade is 100% everyday wearable - no "pop of blue" that never gets used, but in no way is it boring or lacking depth. Well done, Glaminatrix!

If you have the chance, would you review the blendbunny dollhouse palette as well? Their color story reminds me of this palette. I wonder if it would be a versatile palette for me as well. Because I love my individual shimmer/glitter shadows, but I need some mattes to enhance a look, it got me thinking maybe a palette like that is worth having 🤔
Haha, yes, I remember when you were first eyeballing this palette! I really like the color story, & I think I'd have no problem snatching it up if I didn't already have such an extensive eye shadow collection, and I don't wear nudes as often. I recently got the Lunar Beauty Nude Prism palette on such a good deal during a BoxyCharm sale, so I'm trying to enjoy the experience of using that when I want to do nude looks. Nearly Natural is definitely not off my wish list, though. It may be a planned purchase at a later date.
I also stalked their Instagram and Facebook all summer for this palette! 😅 I have hazel eyes, and these colors (ALL OF THEM) are my favorite neutrals to wear to compliment my eye color! I ordered it the day ot launched and have been so in love with it! The metallics especially are so sparkley and intense!
I ordered this recently and I'm really excited to get it. The batch I ordered from said it ships in November. Happy to wait, their website was very open and honest about their situation re shipping and making the products. Can't ask for anymore than that. This will be my first indie shimmers that are this impactful and I can't wait. My eyes are very crepey and in limited in what sparkly or shimmery shades I feel I can wear

They have beautiful mattes, satins, metallics, &, even cream shadows; w/a lovely selection of softer cool-neutral & earth-toned shades. I believe that Lauren has several SG swatch videos in her back catalogue. IMO, their shadows are right up there w/Natasha & Pat in terms of quality. They always do a sale for Black Friday, but their regular prices are reasonable, & there are discount codes out there.

This palette is gorgeous. I really love that purplish shade at the end of the second row. I love how some of the shimmers have that wet look and others have a more chrome like shimmer. The mattes look amazing. I’m definitely going to ok into this palette.

I'm head over heels for this palette but I just can't pay shipping for it. I pay shipping for everything and it's always expensive, but there are brands where shipping plus taxes make it a very hard pill to swallow. If they had a restock of all palettes once a year or something i would save up and order a couple or three, but not for one... Hoping to dupe the vibes with some shades i own and maybe some glamshop shades i would order more easily!

Leaning more cool toned. She said it is the same formula as the house of el palette which is stunning so I’m excited to see the full reveal.
I feel like this brand has the potential to make the cool toned palette to end the ones on the market that are missing a few shades for the cool toned lover out there. These olive-y crease colors are 👩🏻🍳
I haven't tried Glaminatrix yet, so I can't compare them in person; but I'm definitely picking this palette up through their pre-sale. In the meantime, I think that Sydney Grace has shades that are very similar looking. If there's a particular shade(s) you want a dupe for, I can check my collection. I love SG's quality, & they have an esp. great selection of cooler-leaning neutrals & earth tones. NARS also has a beautiful 9-pan palette (called Climax) w/a similar color-story, & Viseart's Cashmerie palette also has a very similar vibe.
Glaminatrix does it again. The shipping is actually $14 usd. The palette price is like $48 usd not $60. The price you see is in Australian whatever they have. THIS is a neutral palette to me. Also like you said an indie FORMULA full of neutrals. No three shades of warm brown with some shitty shimmers. Mainstream needs to take some notes about how to do a palette. Love glaminatrix, and this palette is absolutely killing me not to buy. I shouldn’t watch reviews on it but it’s sooo pretty 😭😭😭😭

Finally a palette where a color story is good. The shimmers aren't my cup of tea, more metalic than shimmery/glittery. But it looks nice, two years ago I would have bought it to never use it. Now... I'm trying to buy only what I'll use... not buy something just cause it's Purdy and I "want" them.
I've had this happen w/shadows from other brands, & I believe that it's some of the emollients added to the shadows to make them buttery, leeching into the paper packaging. The shadows are in cardboard wells, & if they come into contact w/the cardboard, it can soak up some of the oils/silicones. Just like blotting paper for your face. I believe that being transported in the heat also exacerbates this as well. You can always depot the shadows into a magnetic palette, if you're concerned.
I wish they would sell palettes on Amazon so that shipping could potentially be cheaper. The palette would already be a splurge for me on its own, but then with shipping, I just can’t afford it. I absolutely love how it looks though 😞

This palette is what the Natasha Denona retro should have been. It's colour for neutral people, and neutrals for colour people. It's perfect.
