I have two. Gold one and Teal. The teal is better quality but they are both still great. Kept the cutting blade it came with but swapped the top blade with a Faper on both. They are my go-to's. I really don't use any other clippers now. The play in the lever was fixed on the gold one by just taking the lever and blade off and reseating everything. Seemed to work just fine. 4 months of using both exclusively and all I don't like is the battery run time. On full power these drain pretty quick but I bought them for $27 each so having more than one is not a problem. Everyone in the shop loves them but some don't like the weight. 9/10 clipper for me. I have used every brand almost and these made me drop my Rebels and .50 cal. The matching V906 trimmer is a beast too for $20. The stock blade hits well, but you can directly swap a skeletonFX blade onto it with no moding. Just use the Cam follower from the stock blade on the FX.

Will this get an update like the Kemei 003 after some use? Hopefully it's better than expected like the Kemei 2299, but not a huge lever problem like the Kemei.
I stretched my bracket out with my dremel and burr bits and slapped the new Babyliss MIM blade on it...I f'n love it!!! I also have a JRL that I swapped motors with the VGR V003 motor and that thing is a BEAST!!!
I actually have one and the blade that it come with was not all that so i put the fapper blade on it and it the one i pick up most and it dont take 3 houres to charge less of a time
I did not get a dud. My lever is solid. I do agree with the blade. It does not hit exactly the way I want. I tried to put the ergo/phantom cutting and still blade but it don’t fit. Then I tried to put the magic clip on it but don’t fit. If they didn’t make the cam follower so different and match majority of the standard Wahl type, I would have been a lot happy with it. Definitely great for clipper over comb and bulk. Current go to at the moment.
Most definitely got a dud,because my arm doesn't do that on mine, and I've tried it with a few different blades. The TPOB XO blade and the Babyliss MIN blade both make it feel like a $150 clipper.

Put a JRL or madeshow fade blade on it. Me personally i take the clicks out. the lever has internal clicks and a lil play like the jrl. It's a hell of a clipper for $50, $80 with the blade. And you can use your regular wahl/ stylecraft guards with it. You can modify the bracket if you want it to open wider. And the battery is the real deal. They're definitely worth $80. Try it and lmk how u like em. You don't even "have to" use the 2nd speed. I got every clipper and trimmer except the babyliss fx ones. And these right there with any one of em. Idk how long they last😂. But all these mf b f***ing up🤷🏿♂️
I like to call it onyx on steroids:) I just reviewed it couple of days ago. Very solid machine.. it’s powerful so it’s sucha great Robin to your Onyx Batman :) Especially with that kind of money! This could be like JRL branding and would sell for 100$ easy

Removing the click make a big difference, but it just wasn’t for me
