H1: $320K with $10k seller gift to buyer. 3brd 2bth office. 1800ft². Awesome 16seer A/C. Tile throughout. Great bright kitchen space, even if it's a bit small. Not a fan of the textured walls. Great lot size, plenty room for pool, patio, pets, and storage Bldg. This is a good one, for sure. I feel $305k vibes.
H2: $485k 2800ft². 2+1 car garage. 4 bed. 3bath. Nice open floor plan. Tile throughout. Awesome kitchen space. Fantastic primary suite. Tray ceilings.
Love the lanai space and sliding doors. Tiny backyard, a small pool, and that's about it. If someone gets in that in the $450s, that'd be fair.
Cute bistro style restaurant. Food looked perfect for lunch. Treats looked delish as well.

I’m reeeeally over these builders putting the secondary bedrooms literally right next to the front door. For those with children, that floor plan is automatically out. Smh. And it’s so common in the more affordable once’s, so frustrating /:

Hello, Kaleb, I don't see why these two houses wouldn't sell. They are beautiful house's and they are spacious, roomy, and very cozy 😮😮!! The price is reasonable, the taxes are spot on, and they are worth the money 🤑💰!!
Someone will buy one of these two houses 🏘️🏡, look at the celebrities, and the homes, that they buy, what about the singers, sport figures, Business people. If they can afford it, why not? Life is too short to cry about APR's!! I say live and let live, like I said, if you can afford it, go for it!!!!
That's understandable, but my parents back in 1967, they bought, their first house, and the didn't make the money that people make today, they didn't make excuses, they went on to buy , three more homes!! For what people pay for apartments, which will never be yours, why not buy a house or even rent a home, Everytime, you tur around, or are complaining about apartments and how expensive, they are. It's amazing to me, how do some people,but house's and others would keep renting apartments and going nowhere, just rent receipts. Of course, there is foreclosure, in homes, and just being evicted in apartments, but most people are tired of apartments and what comes, with it. People just want their own home, off to their self.
It's not a bad analogy, it's the way it is maybe you like living in apartments and putting up with people's crap, but I and other people don't. We like a peace of mind, no matter what the cost. People don't care about your theory, they want something of their own, also apartments are over the top for what you pay, that's why I have a home, I don't make a lot of money, but I made enough to buy my 1st home and if you can pay for high-priced apartment,that is not worth the money, then you can pay for a house, or rent a home. You have people even going to Habitat for Humanity,and helping build their own house. No excuses, I didn't make any!!

Well the first house again with these new homes have small windows and really not enough of them. It seems the new construction homes go really cheap . And the closets also they should actually be double the size but people are getting used to these homes with very little storage. I have an older home and I have two closets in the small hallway that are huge. Just for extra storage in the house

The house is pretty nice, But putting a Bedroom by the Front door, Was foolish on the part of the builders. The Kitchen is way to small, And not enough Cabinets Spaces. 03.23 Acres, That's too Big. The Grass needs Green maintenance badly. Give it a 7. House #2. Beautiful, Liked this one, Especially the Kitchen and the Double Vanities in The Primary Bedroom and the Sun Porch. Good morning Kaleb. I was just looking in the Ocala area online last week. I'm 12 months away from leaving CT and narrowing down my locations. I was also looking at New Construction in Riverview, but Ocala is more affordable and has less rush-hour traffic I assume.
