I am glad that the buffet is back at the Biergarten. I will never forget my son's experience there around 1998 that he told me about. His AFJROTC unit from Lake Brantley High went to Epcot on a field trip and he and a couple other guys spent most of their time at the Biergarten. They would eat for a while, watch the shows, and then eat some more. After a couple of hours his commander popped his head in to the restaurant and the host asked him if my son's group belonged to him (they were all wearing Lake Brantley AFJROTC t-shirts). His commander acknowledged that they were. The host told him that they were eating them out of house and home! The last time I was in Florida in 2005 my son and I went to Epcot and ate there. I love German food and it is my favorite place to eat. Thanks for sharing!

Biergarten is pretty awesome and fun, too. I wish they always had more spacing in there but that’s not going to happen. They manage to have that place packed tight in normal times.
We ate at Biergarten in July - family style. We sat at the table right behind yours!! We were so surprised at how good the food was and now there's so much more of it!!! I think we'll be going back on our next trip!!!! As for Buffet vs Family style - it's a toss up. There's more choices of flavors at the buffet, but the family style gets you to try dishes you might not pick to try yourself!! Thanks for the update, Nate!!!!!

Hey Nate! I met you in the park on Sunday, behind spaceship earth, I think. Anyways, great video, the wait times were crazy. We rode test track, which was walk on, they pulled us out of the exit and brought us around again. The kids thought it was amazing. We are now fully on board that end of August is thee time to go to Disney.

also: we always hated calling the "kid section" the kid section. It's just more "kid-friendly" food, but absolutely everyone can eat from it :)

We watch your videos all the time from our home in Oregon. We were at magic kingdom tonight having diner at Crystal palace. What a great place to eat. I have eaten at the Yachtsman steak house numerous times! The food is FANTASTIC! Steak and all of the items on the menu are incredible! Worth every penny! Excellent service ask for Ann she is a great server! See if they still have the Port wine reduction sauce for the steak it's AWESOME!!

Hi Nate! Have you tried washing your fedoras in the dishwasher? You can also spray vinegar mixed with water on first to help remove salt marks. I do this with baseball hats ,work wonderfully 😉

This has been my favorite for years! Always do the Candlelight dinner package there. Fill up with yummy potatoes and meats and beer, then go to the Candlelight Processional.

Hey Nate, great video and me and my family will definately have to try and get a reservation for Biergarten and thanks for always recommending some resturants that had different buffets or just different foods to try, and we love Epcot and even though if we can't get reservations to Biergarten, then we can always eat around the world showcase for the food and wine festival. We also love Test track thats our favorite ride definately at Disney Epcot, so maybe we could get to ride with you when we are there if you would take a ride with us on test track and Soarin. Thank you for your vlogs and we enjoy watching them all the time even we you met me in HS and took me on the rides, its always great to see you and we'll see you in 38 days and counting!!! Im currently living in Germany but I've never seen any restaurants that look as cool as the one you went to today... Last time i was at Disney i didn't eat there just ordered take out and ate outdoors.... Any whooo thanks for sharing your video with us here on UA-cam, they are always great to watch
It actually depends on where in Germany you live, such authentical restaurants can only be found in the South (Bavaria and Baden-württemberg) because our special cuisine gets often mistaken for the whole country’s cuisine 😅😂 just to let you know: not everything in the Epcot restaurant was actually what we would eat traditionally like the brownie with a little salt pretzel on top (I was really confused because of that) or the apple sauce on meat. We would eat apple sauce with potato pancakes that was correct 🤗

Our very first visit to EPCOT was in 1989. Our very first meal was at the Biergarten. Had a wonderful meal.
The Biergarten is a must do for us every trip! It’s such a fun place and the food is yummy 😋 I actually really like the family style but either way is good!

I'm surprised that Buffetts and finger scanner is back in Disney already with Covid cases still high, by I guess we have to go back to a normal life again no matter what.
