Hi Carrie, glad you enjoyed your visit to Scotland. I live in Edinburgh Scotland and it has many lovely independent coffee and tea shops ie cafes beside the big chains Starbucks, costa etc. I also love journaling though not regularly enough for my liking. Trying to get into the daily habit. It’s not down to lack of things to write about but finding a good time. I’m too tired in the evening so need to find a good time during the day. Fell out of the habit given the last 2 years and not going to one of my fav spots to write. My fav place was sitting in a coffee shop with a very hot latte warming my fingers havin take my dog for a good run around in the park where he gets to play with his doggie friends. He gets his bowl of water, a treat then snoozes at my feet while I write. He has become an unofficial therapy dog. The coffee shop is next to Edinburgh university main campus (there are 4 universities in Edinburgh) and the students all want to make a fuss of him because they miss their dogs at home. He’s called Dan, a very cute border collie. Edinburgh is a very dog friendly city. I also write day, date and time at the start of my journal entries and I also put the place I’m writing home, coffee shop or else where. Really enjoying your channel 😃

Hello Carrie um.. I have a problem of Journaling like u always mention in ur videos that people have trouble of what to write in a journal but for in my case I have loads to write in it but I never start it like if I start it I will atleast write like 5 or 6 pages but I can't start for some reason. Pls help me . By the way I am obsessed with your videos.
