Step-by-step maintenance of a NEOS elastomer valve, designed and manufactured by Definox. This single flap valve offers a double seal. Equipped with a leakage chamber, it guarantees a physical barrier, with no risk of contamination. The leakage chamber warns of a sealing point failure, avoiding any risk of mixing between the channels. It is fitted with EPDM or FKM seals and can be used with charged process fluids. As an option, it can be fitted with a micro-cleaning valve to clean the leakage chamber and the indicator when the valve is closed.
