These are great workouts but I just want to say that these are not beginner moves. I’ve been lifting intermediate weights for 6 years and this workout is a challenge with 10-15-25 lb weights. If this is only your 2nd week working out in a while I would advise doing week one for a month with 10-20 second breaks between exercises, not sets. Then move on to week 2. Use light weights. Remember, the point is not to overdo, torture yourself and give up after a week but to create a lifelong habit of exercising.
Can you provide an alternative to the step ups for those of us that don’t have a bench? Thanks!
