    Regarding saying I'm excited-Mel Robbins said fear and excitement have the same physiology-so saying 'I'm excited' is the story you're choosing to give to the sensations.

    I think she ment LAGOM, which is a cool swedish word that means "enough" or more like "the right amount" not too much, not too little...Im shocked she knows this word. Love her.
