I think in his immature mind he thought he was showing people what it looked like so that people could recognize that. I know way back in the day that on a private server for a game called natural selection, we did live use to train our new mods/admins on how to spot cheats and how to distinguish cheats from just being good players. (this was even before VAC was really a thing.)
I don't think he thought about how harmful it was to show his community of much younger fans of basically how to use, and the name of the cheat. Out of most of these I do feel a small amount of empathy for him, because it was done out in full view of everyone, he wasn't trying to hide it and/or lying about it.

I do kind of feel bad for Jarvis. Keep in mind, this was when Fortnite was EVERYWHERE. Even Drake was duoing up with Ninja, as crazy as that sounds. This was his job, Fortnite and subsequently streaming was his job, and if you didn't play Fortnite (at this time), your stream was basically irrelevant. He was good at the game too and just tried this for fun, not knowing it would literally almost end his career. Obviously, this was a dumb decision, but when trying to get your content popular, some don't take this into account before consequences hit. (For example, Logan Paul, although that one may have been a *tad* more extreme). Lesson being, don't do stupid things that have dire consequences, and especially don't do shit like this ONLINE.
