Probably Likely. I feel like you could easily pickup another receiver over Tyler Johnson to fill that spot.

Likely. Harbaugh is known to play dual TE formations with Andrews aging out and becoming injury prone Likely will be seeing plenty of action. He is a TE built as a WR.
Shaheed just seems like a solid waiver add this season.
