For most teams, this would be an easy accept, but It leaves you dangerously thin at RB, which is already your weakest position. Can you make a second move to shore up RB? What can you get off waivers to fill the open bench spot?
While this trade looks great in a vacuum, it will kneecap you if Hall or Jacobs goes down.

Walker is the best player in this deal based on talent and situation.
The other manager is hoping to sell high on Diggs. Baltimore will continue to emphasize the run game. Hall is being outplayed by his backup.
Achane and Kirk have offensive problems of their own, but I concurr with keeping Walker.
Then again, he's a Seattle RB, so there might be a leg injury coming soon.
