Ehm I think you can use elevators with the iCandy Peach, iCandy Peach All Terrain and iCandy Orange.

Also I just watched a video demonstration of the Cosatto Wow XL. And because it is a tandem model, you can easily move the bassinet to a higher position on this one. So you can look for models with elevators or tandem models in general.

True. The rear loading tandem strollers are probably not going to help you here. For the front loading tandem strollers I would still double check with the store or the manufacturer if you like the model, unless you are so lucky to find a demonstration video like I found of the Cosatto Wow XL.
