hey, when i go to this "Asus USB-BT400 Drivers" page, i cant see anything where to select OS or anything, thers only info about this adapter/dongle and thats it , and i dont have CD player to use CD for drivers, waht can i do`?

@@lucienglass4343 I got it If you haven't still. You need to click support and to the left of that you should see tech specs. Then click drivers and tools and now you can follow the video.

what is the range?

can you use that asus adapter with speakers
It depends on how you're using them. If this speakers are Bluetooth and connecting to the PC then it should work. But I don't think you can plug the adapter into speakers and have them work.

The driver will not install for me, I purchased this dongle since my machine's bluetooth sucks. Now I am getting an error code 31 and I am still having problem with the device installing.

I would head over to the asus website and try and find the driver on your own rather than through the link if it's not working for you.

how do you know if your laptop is not connected to bluetooth? it writes to you that "the device can now be detected as DESKTOP-XXXXXXX". You should write that ASUS USB-BT400. no?
which one is better, this one or the tp link ub400
I have been using both of them and I have had similar results between them. Once it is plugged in and working I can't tell the difference.

When I connect my controller to my PC it says it's connected and everything but when I try to play any games with it or try to use Big picture mode in steam it doesn't show up. Is there anyway I can fix this?

Hey there, I want to use this adapter so I can connect my Bluetooth speaker to my projector (which is mounted on a ceiling) without using a wire. Is that possible? I guess my question comes down to will I be able download the driver to the projector? What if I download the driver to my PC, pair the speaker to the adapter, then stick the adapter to the projector, will that work? Appreciate your input

I would go to the Asus website and download the driver directly from them and try it again. I don't have any problems with mine. Hope you're able to figure it out.

What keyboards and mouse does this work with?
It should work with any Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I have a Logitech mk50 set and I can connect that without any problems.

In the description of the video there's a link to the Asus website where you can download the drivers directly from them. No disc is needed.

So i need internet to install what gives me internet. Isn’t that stupid.
This isn't a Wi-Fi adapter. It's a Bluetooth adapter. It doesn't give you internet but instead a Bluetooth connection for connecting things like mice or headphones.
