I'm a Christian and I used to watch this show when I was like 14-16 years old. I never considered this show to be Biblical but I did enjoy many aspects of it. I must say I need to watch this through these middle aged eyes again and see what I did not see as a kid.

How come they angels
never mention to people in this that Jesus is salvation our saviour , that Jesus died for our sins
It is wrong to portray Angels as females because they are the Sons of God. They are all male.

This is one of my favorite episodes and I love the song that Tess and Gloria sing at the end.
Myself, my grandmother, and my mom loved this show. It was so biblical. We we're so shook when they took it off the air. I didn't get to see all of them. So it's great to get to see them on my phone. Love always sis Sheila.

I was thinking that the whole time as I re-watch these with my new Spiritual eyes and also older age. This show aired when I was in elementary in the early 90s. I started watching last year but then disappointed that Jesus Christ was not mentioned cause its HIM that has ALL POWER and AUTHORITY. Thinking Revelation when the guy saw the angel and bowed down, the angel responded (paraphrasing the meat of it) "Don't bow down to me, Worship the Lamb". I caught some other things of this show that made me questions are they really angels of the Lord Most High or something else, so I stopped watching. But eventually, I came across this episode recently at such a time of my life - won't go into it, this comment would be a full page essay... I felt God say in my heart, "Take what you need of Me in the show". GOD SPEAKS THROUGH MESSAGES and there is a powerful message here when they're in the mount singing that song. I found that song in its entirety and it is blessing me and my walk with the Lord Most High

Still, people get touched. People hear about the real God and His love. It's a help in the good direction. God will reveal Himself to them through Jesus Christ. That is to each person, that longs for Him. And this series helped many people to long for Him.
They are not a full blessing. But a blessing they are. Leading to greater blessings. God still works in mysterious ways. The entire Old Testament 'spoke' of Jesus, without ever revealing Him fully. But the time came. Let's pray for people to be drawn up and find Jesus Christ.

To see this show as a young person was very entertaining but to watch these clips as an adult senior citizen some how brings a certain message some thing I believe comes with understanding of time and the need to be closer to the power of our Lord God's love

Seeing just that replica of the Ark gave me chills. I keep hoping someone will find it for real.
They say it is in Kenya.they say it moved from Ethiopia to Kenya... we have not seen it but we hear it is here in my country. Personally, I know the ark is in the spirit of all men through Jesus Christ who is high priest and the lamb of all sacrifice and we get to worship God everyday in the temple outer part body , inner part soul and in the spirit lies the ark.
Jerusalem's location is not the target today for believers except for endtime prophecyebecause even there lies a mosque replaced temple mount which has caused division and worry to Jews in Israel yet the heavenly Zion is our sole target today through Christ....I don't care about where the ark went whether in our moutain Mt Kenya or otherwise because God replaced everything all of us have access to Him.
Seeing even a replica of the Ark is truly awe-inspiring and gives me chills as well. It's fascinating to think about the possibility of finding the real Ark one day. However, it's important to remember that God now dwells within us, not in the Ark. As the scripture says, "Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?" (1 Corinthians 3:16). Additionally, in Hebrews 8:10, it says, "I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people." Thank you for sharing that moment of wonder!
I always enjoyed this show' and I loved the lady's accent when she talked. But to me I don't know for sure but are spirit that's keeps us all going' it lets us know we are alive' and when it's time I want to see my family and friends that is already gone. I wished this show was still on'

Only God decides that... the chic who plays Monica revealed years ago she is into psychics and spirit guides like Shirley McClane with her star mysticism. That is not of God and makes Him jealous - we Go to HIM. That was years ago when this show was still on the air, hopefully, she has come to worship the true and living Light & King - the Lord Most High.

That's true. But this show IS helping people to long for God and seek Him. They'll find Him in Jesus Christ. You can pray for those, who watch such shows, that God draws them up and reveals they NEED the Savior.

The ark of the covenant is directly under where Jesus was crucified. When the blood ran down his cross, it went through the crack in the ground, and onto the ark of the covenant.
These series show how people go a lot of pain...and also shows how in each pain we find relief

How come the angels never mention to the people in show that Jesus is Our Salvation and Saviour and that Jesus died for our sins

I wouldn't be surprise there was the name of Jesus Christ and much more of the Holy Bible in those scripts But because it's Hollywood they red-lined scratched those parts out and we got some sprinkle of it and I believe heart too. But the Light of God's truth still shone for people to take that and search for Him. Hopefully, all have received and got themselves into a Bible-based church and read the Holy Bible from Genesis to Revelation. ❤

I would think that if God thought that finding the Ark of the Covenant would be good or useful somehow, someone would have been led to find it by now.
There's no way/point for God to create new angels. If He did, and had them start with having to learn everything like children, they'd probably be super vulnerable to everyone. Even to humans. For thousands of years, angels had to learn and study us and they've been around probably way longer. Add news angels to the mix and i feel like it would be rather disasterous for us.

In real life,God made the Ark disappear for a reason. Dont forget those who followed Moses through the wilderness toward the promised land, committed sins while Moses was up getting the commandments from God,making idols and worshipping them(like the statues and relics churches have today). So they lost God's favor and werent allowed to enter the promised land. They were in modern terms, disfellowshipped. No longer God's chosen people. Only a handful stayed loyal and their descendants were allowed to enter when they all passed away. Nobody will ever find the Ark. Just like nobody ever found bones for ancient prophets or Jesus. God makes what He wants disappear. Nobody was supposed to open the ark or look inside. Its job is done. Its symbolic now
I watched up until they asked Tess what was the greatest thing that God gave to man and she said Milkshakes. I turned that shit off and never watched again.
Too bad shows like this are not on tv now. These days there is nothing but trash reality shows on.
