I think that velikiy and massa are toe to toe as velikiy has mor e torpedo slots but massa has bit more hp. Massa is bit better due to mobility. Not arguing but 004 is best buy

The missouri will get demolished S soon as the other player stick together and battleships on usual are not good they're only good for grinding but some for example yamoto aegis and bismark are good for online and offline matches if u really want it then u can but ul regret it in the future the yamoto is also not so good its only good for grinding but it still gets destroyed by bots because of its aa

If you have a vip item like a strike fighter or grenade launcher, you can sell it for gold bars in the equipment shop
