you are a very relaxed coach and you do it with a smile on your face, believe it or not, I am improving my game yes! it is with some good advice from you, that the old dog ( me at 68 years old) is learning new tricks ; )
Coach! I’ve played padel since 2012. And I had a serious problems on my right knee. So, nowadays I’ve just step away to protect the knee. And it was very hard to do this adaptation. But now, it’s automatically. Great video and tips
Sven, do the same rules apply when receiving a fast Low serve? I have tried stepping away but timing is difficult and like you if I turn my orientation can be out.
Thank you very much for this very good learning video. 1 question: I have a chronic vertigo; I tested turn around during 1 training, about 20 minutes but I get a heavy vertigo. Do you know if there are any tips or alternatives for people like me? Appreciate your feedback/Thair
hello from Norway. FINALLY someone who ALSO shows examples instead of just talking. Therefore the video was very satisfying.
Thank you! Great to hear!
"If you never use the wall, you will never want the net position"... That's a top 3 of the greatest truths of Padel! Once again, great video!
Grande! Vamooos

do the training turning one side and another each time and follow like a path doing a round,, don´t turn like a ballerina in your spot.
@@javieriglesias1874 Bueno, muchas gracias por la respuesta, Javier!
It also depends on how fast or how slow you turn I think. If you train, never turn more than 3 times in a row
@@OtroNivelPadel Thank you very much for your reply :)
I always play on the right side, unfortunately the video only shows the movements of the palyers that play on the left... 😒 but thanks anyway mate! 🙏
I AM A LEGEND
Like you man
Thanks!
I am a padel legend
