  • I made 4 servings because I wanted to use up all the ingredients I bought.
    I bound one serving with an egg and froze the rest in a ziplock bag.

    [Ingredients]
    300g frozen seafood mix
    1 bunch of coriander
    1 bunch of chives
    Half a small onion
    1 stalk of celery
    140cc coconut milk
    Curry powder
    Egg
    Garlic
    Chili paste (you can also use chili oil or doubanjiang)
    Fish sauce (soy sauce if not available)
    Chicken stock powder
    Salt
