Wouldnt it be faster to go up and get the triple chests? You had 13 obi so maybe double travel was possible and perhaps a time save as well

Though so many runners would cut after blinding with no explainations so good on him for not doing that

He spawned on a separated end island with no pearls, so not zeroable and would need to bridge to the island. People cut the vid when the run dies

but yeah this cut somewhat made sense, but so many runners cut before the run is even close to dead...
