- Well today's the day when I review my lager brewed with Lallemand's new Novalager yeast. An amazing yeast that I think will be a game changer for home brewers and professionals.

Used for a cream ale and a Bavarian Lager and Dark Wheat.... came out fantastic
I'm not ready to call it a game changer.... I got Diacetyl in small amounts in my first trial batch, within tolerance but it is there. Clean and crisp on the mouth. It certainly seems like a new bow in the quiver but I want to try it more before making the game changer call. It is the most exciting thing to happen on beer for a while. Next experiment is at ambient to see how it holds up.
Many thanks for the update - This yeast could be a real game-changer and will allow brewers who don't have advanced temperature control to have a go at a lager. The dry finish is very appealing too.
Looks fantastic! ❤
I plan on using this for my house beer. Good vid mate
Nice one !! Hadn't been planning to brew lager in the near future but I'll have to fit it in now 🍻
I’m loving the sound of the yeast . I have a pilsner in the fermentation fridge at the moment but they take so much time and care to brew this is a game changer cheers 👍🍻
Think I'll give this yeast a go. Tried M54 recently and yes, all sorts of strange flavours, but it's getting there now.
The beer looks and sounds amazing. Nice job! Waiting patiently for Lallemand to release this yeast in the US. Best wishes and Cheers for a great 2023! 🍺🍻
Nice beer dude. You’ve convinced me to buy the yeast.
Sounds amazing! Really want to try this. How did you prime this beer in the bottles?
Great video! Do you have a recipe for that one?
