Oh wow I just got that Chinese Vegan cookbook too! Haven't started cooking through it, but I can't wait! It's weirdly hard to find Chinese cookbooks even though there's a long tradition of veg food there. xoxoxo

Those dishes look amazing! Trader Joe’s has Taiwanese Green Onion pancakes vegan. They are delicious!
I've seen those but never bought! I'll have to get some and compare to homemade
@@CaitlinShoemaker Definitely worth trying. Homemade is usually always better, but these almost have a cheesy like consistency in the middle and then with the crispy outside it’s so yum!
