I am from Venezuela... basically this is a boy telling a story. Here in our country it's common to find little boys outside touristic places like forts, churches, etc. who chase you reciting the story of the place to you, and then you have to pay them something (that's what he's asking for at the end, money! xD) This must be one of those boys... I love Javier and I'm very proud of him and that in someway, he's representing my country out there in a good way! Thank you for this vid :D
