@@kellyclark6851 Carnivore diet is just an elimination diet. It's not meant to be followed forever. There are other elimination diets. The point/goal is to detoxify from all the junk and then slowly add individual food types until you notice something your body responds poorly to. If you add bread and start noticing inflammation or anything like that you know to keep away from breads. If after being on carnivore for a year and you eat a bowl of ice cream and get gas or worse you know to at least limit your dairy. Every body is different so you might be fine eating broccoli every day but your kid or your partner might not.

I'm halfway through, and I had to stop a minute. Happy tears are streaming down my face, just cleaning out my soul. Since I was a child, one with Grandparents of whom I was the first born on both sides of the generation that started carefully feeding me truth at a young age. I think this is amazing and fascinating. I am a cradle Catholic, but i drifted, then came home to Our Lord - He called me back. The idea we really are the offspring and/or genetic children of a ‘higher’ race, or fallen race, makes so much sense. My mother is 3/4 native and she was methodically tortured at a camp for children of natives in the military. Her brain was broken. She has six personalities, per a therapist. I've witnessed three of them, one has solid black eyes. I've seen the black eyed one twice, once as an adult when I told her I was no longer a christian. the issues I observe of this approach is that most of the attention is on the problems, and many of them are still only guesses of the problem. if one steps back from all the complexities of the problem, it becomes obvious where and what the power is, only then is the solution as obvious. did you know that the first stage of awakening is recognizing there's a problem, so all of this is ONLY the first step, and still far from a solution. True, a lot of work, but a labor of love - learning about real freedom and healing! I am a Dakota Sioux and I have spent the last 10 years relearning with an open mind. I have come to realize that I can't be a victim my whole life. My Kidney function (GFR) from 11% to 49%. Mu nephrologist asked how, I told her that I started meditation and stopped taking the new medications that she keeps prescribing me. The silence was very uncomfortable and it was like she didn't hear me. I am slowly trying to detoxify my body,but I love bread and meat. I enjoy your work and informative videos and essays.

Carnivore diet is just an elimination diet.
It's not meant to be followed forever.
There are other elimination diets.
The point/goal is to detoxify from all the junk and then slowly add individual food types until you notice something your body responds poorly to.
If you add bread and start noticing inflammation or anything like that you know to keep away from breads.
If after being on carnivore for a year and you eat a bowl of ice cream and get gas or worse you know to at least limit your dairy.
Every body is different so you might be fine eating broccoli every day but your kid or your partner might not.

I have studied for 10 years since i turned 12, starting with some slightly dramatic people during the 'bama era, and it turns out many things were right. I think this is amazing and fascinating. I am a cradle Catholic, but i drifted, then came home to Our Lord - He called me back. The idea we really are the offspring and/or genetic children of a ‘higher’ race, or fallen race, makes so much sense. It would explain why we needed to be ‘saved’ for Gods kingdom, rather than simply inherit it; it would explain why we can never wipe out ‘original’ sin, except through Him becoming one of us; it explains why He says satan is the prince of this world, all that and much more. My mother is 3/4 native and she was methodically tortured at a camp for children of natives in the military. Her brain was broken. She has six personalities, per a therapist. the issues I observe of this approach is that most of the attention is on the problems, and many of them are still only guesses of the problem.

A man named Bill Cooper used to have a short wave radio broadcast and he made an excellent series titled "Mystery Babylon" which ties all these mystery cults together from basically the beginning. True, a lot of work, but a labor of love - learning about real freedom and healing! You'll see I'm a newboy here, even after a year: I still have to finish learning PowerPoint and a lot more such as how to add elements, I just recorded myself talking after writing the notes. Most of the shows involved morning quiet space - along with whatever was on my mind to say - just making those shows was an exercise in tuning in to my intuition - the ideas would appear in the quiet morning space. I love his (Richard Grove) because he explains the history of the topics and the arguments people and politicians make...and just tears them apart. If you ever listen to "the other side" they're accusing them of what they are doing. And Chuck's video on luciferian cult and why they act the way they do. I've watched that one like 10 times.
