Where in Utah is that first scene and what were you using
This is in Wanship, near a bridge next to an old cafe almost as soon as you get into town. I was using a gold/red meps spinner, black and silver rooster tail, and a flicker minnow rapala all very small sizes/weight, all 3 of them worked well.
