    Mr. Ryabko seems like a very genuine, and humble instructor. I would love to pick his brain for his philosophical insight.

    @moogmanXanders yup just heard on the radio another person got stabbed in town, so ill definetly try pounding the pavement to try to find a school that teaches this. not only that but from clips ive seen and the breathing techniques it looks like a great way to get in shape and stay calm in high stress situations, and this excercise how to control so you dont end up completely flattening someone you only want to defend against. Ill be buying let every breath. Great clips I enjoy watching them

    @JWMuslim Pretty sure most martial arts teach you to cover your face, too. Does that mean punches to the head are a bad idea?

    man i see alotta clips, the reactions to the stomach punch the opponet looks like he got hit by a sledgehammer. Id definetly look into learning SYstema if someone taught it in Pictou county Nova Scotia. people around here are getting crazier, jumping people and pulling knives and such, its usually drug related but ive had random people pick fights with friends of mine that didnt even know them. and id rather go to a bar and know how to defend myself and not have to worry about getting jumped.

    this is interesting. but half of what he's talking about is mind games that would only take place in a dojo with a willing student. maybe that is the intended context of the video, I'm not sure. but that wasn't clear to me in the video

    yes huge respect for Ryabko, but what happens when you dont have the opportunity to take more that one punch and you are a female trying to get out of a situation?

    • @TheSevag10
      @TheSevag10 7 років тому +1

      very simple you move away if you don't have self confidence between you and yourself but a real instructor will never hit you hard to break your bone only bad people would do it but try to think out of this box try to learn between you and yourself strike yourself and you'll know how much your body can handle and with time and patience your body will get stronger and you overgo the fear that's inside you I hope it helps what I wrote to you I can explain more to you sometime else..

    If this really works get in UFC - knock out every one and earn millions in the process! Strangely you don't see any Systema guys rushing to do that.

    This dude thinks he's got amazing skill just cause he has huge forarms and fist LOL so if you stand their and let a bodybuilder punch you in the stomach and you get hurt does that mean he has amazing skill?? LOL
