    Every time you eat, you raise your insulin levels.
    Keeping your insulin levels elevated is called chronic hyperinsulinemia.
    Chronic hyperinsulinemia is the root cause of most metabolic disorders (diabetes, obesity, PCOS, etc).
    Best snack is no snack.
    Next best snack is anything no-carb, high fat → eating fat doesn't spike insulin.
    Snacking on carbs and having the desire to snack on carbs is a sign of sugar addiction → carbs are just sugar molecules linked together.
